Platform Usage Guidelines

1. Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

3. Registration & Account Management

Account registration at lkz8 is free and requires no payment. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information submitted must be your own — using another person's information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lkz8 account username and password. lkz8 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and changing your password regularly. lkz8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Lkz8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Documents that may be required include a valid national ID or passport, recent bank statements, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Lkz8 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including direct bank transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at lkz8 is RM 20 for standard payment methods. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default, though limits may apply based on the payment method or account status. All deposits are processed automatically and funds are typically credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 and 30 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members, subject to required verification. lkz8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the member's last deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.

4.3 Transaction Fees

Lkz8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond lkz8's control. Members are advised to review their payment provider's terms before making any transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Lkz8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at lkz8:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated by lkz8.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 Standard Rollover Requirements

Generally, the standard wagering requirement for the lkz8 first deposit bonus is 15x the total bonus amount received. This means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place wagers totalling RM 1,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirements for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the lkz8 platform — including online slots, fish shooting games, sports betting, and live games — operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited by third-party testing bodies. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

6.1 Technical Errors

7. Prohibited Member Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

In cases of suspension arising from an investigation into suspicious activity, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the lkz8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days.

11. Dispute & Complaint Procedures
